What are the delivery options available to me?
Free Shipping: For orders with value above $600 up to $2000, we provide free delivery to a single address within Singapore.
For bulk orders (value of $2001 or greater), we offer promotions from time to time on delivery. Contact us at email@example.com for the best promotions tailored for you.
For all other orders, you may choose to pick up your items from our list of proxy premises (Free) or choose to have your items delivered straight to your doorstep: Business cards – Delivery rates from $6.99 Flyers/Leaflets/Booklets From $9.99
For self-pickup, please note that we can only hold your items for up to 15 days. Prior appointment must be made before pick-up.
What if I miss my delivery?
Unfortunately, if you have missed your delivery time slot, we will recall the item back to our premises and you may choose to self collect the items. Alternatively, you may choose to have the items redelivered at the prevailing shipping rate.
Please note that we can only hold your items for up to 15 days.
Why do we have to create an account to complete our order?
We encourage our clients to create an online account on our website, as part of the order process, so that you can track your order status from beginning to end and allows us to ensure that the products reach you seamless based on our promise to deliver within the shortest lead time possible.
The prices listed on your website differ greatly from my usual printer, why is that so?
As we have our own factory in Malaysia, we have the ability to leverage upon sustainable competitive advantages through sweeping process innovations thereby able passing on a significant share of these efficiency gains and cost savings on to our clients.
What are the different modes of payment methods accepted by the company?
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, Bank transfers/TT as well as Paypal.
What are the charges for making payments using Stripe (Credit/Debit cards) and PayPal?
It is included in the price. There are no additional charges for making payments using all major credit & debit cards via Stripe or PayPal. Our site is secured and SSL enabled.
How do I cancel an order that has been paid?
Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will proceed to cancel your order and process a refund provided it has not commenced printing. For all refunds, the service fee imposed on us by the Merchant (usually 0.35% of amount tendered + S$0.50), will not be refunded.
What is the lead time for my order?
The lead time from order to delivery/pick-up usually takes 3-5 working days. The lead time starts after artwork approval which is usually 1-2 days after an order is received. We strive to deliver all orders before the stated lead times. Special finishes to products incur additional lead times and these are displayed on the respective product pages.
